Services

		SERVICES: Shabbat Services are held on Friday evening at 7:30 P.M. or as scheduled. Special times and dates for holidays and summer services are posted on the outside bulletin board and published in the Temple Tablet. Please call for additional information. Holidays and festivals are all celebrated at key times and enhanced by traditions that various members have brought to the community. A break-fast at the conclusion of Yom Kippur services is but one of the well-attended events enjoyed by the majority of members and guests. We welcome newcomers, seasonal residents, vacationing visitors to Our Services, activities, and to the Jewish Community we have established in the Lakes Region. ABOUT OUR RABBI: Temple B’nai Israel contracts for a part-time Rabbi through a unique arrangement with Hebrew Union College in New York and other Rabbinic schools. Our Rabbi is available for regularly scheduled services for Shabbat and holidays, counseling, educational and life cycle events. The student Rabbis provide dedication and enthusiasm while bringing their own individual flavor and traditions to our congregation. If the student Rabbi is not available for life cycle events, other Rabbis from New Hampshire can be contacted.
