Delinquent Accounts
On December 22, 2014 the city adopted changes to the licensing ordinance. If you are a vendor who has a delinquent account with the city or Motorcycle Week Association you will not be issued a license until that balance is paid in full. For full revision view Ordinance Number 07-2014-07 (PDF).-
Entertainment
Any establishment holding a liquor license and who intends to provide dancing, live music or general entertainment needs a license.

Event
Outdoor event or happenings including but not limited to races,walks, fundraisers, concerts, food fairs etc

Fireworks
Anyone who intends to display Class B fireworks requires a Firework License.

Highway/Street Use
Anyone using streets or walkways to have an event

Itinerant Vendor
Anyone who is selling or displaying anything requires an Itinerant Vendor License.

Outdoor Loudspeaker
Anyone who wants to operate a loudspeaker of any kind needs to have a loudspeaker permit.

Pawnbrokers License
Any individual engaged in business as a pawnbroker or secondhand dealer as the term used in RSA 398.

Raffle
Anyone who wants to sell raffle tickets in the city must be nonprofit.
